If I could give their service department a zero they would get it. This is not my normal Kia company it happened to be the closest one when my engine blew on my truck to be towed that was seven weeks ago still waiting for an engine parts I understand they have no control over but yet they will not give me a rental they expect me to pay $1000 a week to rent the cheapest car I can find possible and get back $210 a week where every other car company out there are giving cars when waiting this long for parts. So they figure I must be rich that I can afford $6000 out of my pocket for a rental and get back 4800 nope next help me Hank! One trucks been there since May! He must be living on the streets by now! Poor service and management!

I recently encountered a tragic unexpected repair on my car. Greg in service showed true empathy and helped me out with pricing and a loaner car. He seemed to be there on his own time to make sure all customers were attended to also. Greg made the tragic news for me a little better, explaining the details of the cars situation and making sure I had a car to drive while other issues with car was being attended to and had to stay at dealership. Thank you Greg for doing all you could with me and was much appreciated.

We had a poor experience with our 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee in their service department. We had previously taken it there with positive results (ignition recall handled well) but this was unfortunately different. The vehicle died overnight with a cigarette cell charger plugged in (no phone hooked up) and we figured that killed the battery. We jumped it and moved on. Next day, it was dead again. Tested the battery and it came back good so we replaced the alternator. It died again. Replaced the battery, it died again. Something was draining the battery overnight. When we first brought it to Chris, after explaining what had been done already, he said "Are you sure you didn't leave a light on?" and we were a bit insulted. Who replaces an alternator and battery but leaves a light on? No lights were left on and that question was ridiculous, given the circumstances. This was followed by other seemingly foolish possibilities like: back latch not closed hard enough or a CD in the stereo. These were each trips to the dealer and costs without solving the issue. It was determined that something was drawing power and as I understand it now, systems within the vehicle needed to be disconnected until the cause was found while testing the draw. After $500+ spent, they were not able to find or fix the issue. Guzik had previously told me they'd not be able to fix it without thousands of dollars and weeks. In 1.5 hours of labor Spencer Chrysler in Warren found it. Part + labor = $420. I would not recommend Guzik to anyone for service. Maybe their sales department is better but I won't try that out either. When you bring your vehicle to them, you trust them to be knowledgeable about the vehicle make they're affiliated with but I would not suggest trusting them to repair anything with any complexity at all. Oil change? Sure. Brakes? Probably. Power issue? NO!

Jimi was wonderful to work with. I was leasing a car for the first time instead of buying one and he was thorough and patient with guiding me through the process and making me comfortable with my choice. I was not there for service; I was there to lease a new car. Therefore , the rest of this page of the evaluation is meaningless.

My 2018 RAV4 was out of warranty and my seat belt buckle broke. I was upset because it was the driver’s seat belt making the car unsafe to drive. I filed a a grievance with Toyota who return denied my claim, saying my vehicle was out of warranty. I finally reached out to Haddads management and got a hold of LESLIE. She listen to my issues and agreed the vehicle was unsafe. She arranged to have my seatbelt replaced and I am SAFELY driving again. THANK YOU LESLIE. You stayed with me until it was fixed and MADE sure I was safe. THANKS AGAIN LESLIE.

I am currently on my 4th Jeep (two of which I actually purchased from them!) and I highly recommend these guys. They have always provided me with excellent service, are extremely trustworthy and do not give you the runaround when talking about options for repairs. While they can service any vehicle, when it comes to Jeeps they are extremely knowledgeable. Recently I had an issue with my reverse lights where they were not working and so I brought my vehicle to a dealership close to my work thinking they could solve the issue rather quickly. The dealership put my car up on the lift and for two hours, they went through everything only to return my vehicle stating that I'd have to bring my Jeep back in when I could leave it for the day. In no way is this a reflection on the dealership, but I brought my Jeep to Hasson's instead and they were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle in under an hour (a switch on the side of my transmission that controls the reverse lights had rusted out). That's just one story out of many positive experiences that I've had with Hasson's!
