Poorly Treated - Stephen Ippolito

I have a brand new 2017 KIA Sorrento. The front bumper was scratched up. I took it to Quirk because it was new. They told me they would need to take it apart first. They would not order parts in advance. The insurance company looked at it and said there was no damage. The bumper skin needed to be replace. Quick told me 14 days plus before getting the car back. Boch Collision looked at the car and saw no damage either but a bumper skin. They ordered the bumper skin. It took 1 day. Took it apart and saw no damage. It took 5 days to get my car back.

Had to bring my mother's Escape in for a noise concern dealt with Matt Robinson and Patrick Owen Was very nervous going to a dealer was not sure how his was going to go. Matthew and Patrick we were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the the vehicle. signed some paperwork went and had a cup of coffee and receive the call an hour later letting me know what was going on and how they were going to correct it. It’s a pleasure when I get to write a review like this. I had a second fob car key made through an aftermarket business that was very reliable, however, when near the end they needed the pin code which I didn’t have. I called Quirk Kia and was sent to Justin in service. Upon me verifying I was the owner I brought him the reg. with the vin number & he was able to get me the number. What I thought would be a problem turned out to be pleasant. I wish I was buying a w vehicle from them and in the future I probably will
