On Wednesday 5/21, I took my CRV in for a scheduled oil change. When further work was necessary, I was advised by Joe Penebre, my service consultant, who explained what was needed and the expected cost. When more time was required, I was provided a “Lyft” home. Later I was called that more work was necessary. Again I was made aware of the problem and additional cost. When work was completed, I was provided another “Lyft” back to the dealership. I very much appreciate the attention to safety and thoroughness of this service department!

Steve, Eric, Paul - Rockstars, all of them. I want to preface by saying I was a few minutes late for my multi-point inspection. However, Steve from the front desk still got me in with their tech guys Eric and Paul. Paul went on a road test with me to identify the issue and they had it diagnosed/fixed within an hour. They were willing to keep checking until closing but they finished before then. Everyone I worked with was very understanding and treated me with respect. I drive in from north of Boston (1hr - 1.5hr commute) to this location specifically for this service. I continue to receive the best service from this location. Proud to be a Volvo owner and a customer of this dealership/service department location. Will continue to come here so long as I am in the area. 10/10 service and experience.
