When I purchased my new to me truck, it had an issue after just a few weeks, so I took it to the dealer to have it fixed once they updated some things on the computer and replaced the brakes because they were overheating. Unfortunately, the transmission issue is still present and the truck is still shaking. The service manager and the general manager heard from the salesman that they would be in touch after I called and emailed him. It has been more than a week since I last heard from them and still have not heard anything back. This is a very disappointing experience for me

Very accommodating. Took us same day. Went out of their way to get the parts we needed so my kids could SAFELY take the car down the Cape that evening. Tiffany was awesome! Very friendly. As my point of contact she ran the show and did a great job. Kept me informed every step of the way. She offered me a $50 discount up front and when I came to pick up the car she surprised me with more savings as they were able to use some of the OG parts! We have been taking our vehicles to auto fair Tewksbury for several years and I have never been disappointed by the service or the people. My one question is, why don't you take Amex as a form of payment?
