On Wednesday 5/21, I took my CRV in for a scheduled oil change. When further work was necessary, I was advised by Joe Penebre, my service consultant, who explained what was needed and the expected cost. When more time was required, I was provided a “Lyft” home. Later I was called that more work was necessary. Again I was made aware of the problem and additional cost. When work was completed, I was provided another “Lyft” back to the dealership. I very much appreciate the attention to safety and thoroughness of this service department!

Matt had my Terrain in & out within 20 minutes (sooner than expected) which was great as I had to come up from the Cape and having to come over the bridge on a Friday was not my favorite activity, but I had been without the liftgate working for weeks and this was the first appointment I could get or wait another couple weeks so I took it!! Great job again by the boys in service, but hopefully I won't have to come back until the fall -- even though I know Jim is going to miss me!! Hope everyone stays safe for the summer!! Very fair original lease then purchase. This dealership is a long way from my residence, but it is well worth the drive. On two occasions I went for diagnosis of engine light, knowing that I would have to come back again for the repair. However, on both days I was offered an immediate repair and did not have to return. Staff and facilities are second to none.
