Brought my car in three times to address the check engine light. I paid thousands of dollars as the result of those repair visits only to have the light come on again. It turned out that I had a mouse nest causing the problem. Audi Natick refused to refund any money for the unnecessary repairs that did not fix the problem. I do not recommend.

When I purchased my new to me truck, it had an issue after just a few weeks, so I took it to the dealer to have it fixed once they updated some things on the computer and replaced the brakes because they were overheating. Unfortunately, the transmission issue is still present and the truck is still shaking. The service manager and the general manager heard from the salesman that they would be in touch after I called and emailed him. It has been more than a week since I last heard from them and still have not heard anything back. This is a very disappointing experience for me

Communication was terrible, I was not told they needed to order a part and I would need to leave my car for 3 days, I had to keep calling and texting them and wait hours for them to get back to me. I waited for a call from the service manager that never came. Very frustrating. I would suggest better communication
