Service was a simple swap, taking off the summer wheels and tires and replacing them with the winter set. I also asked that they balance the winter set prior to installation. I was able to schedule the appointment for the exact date and time I wanted. It took about as long as expected. The one thing I could suggest would be to have power available in the customer waiting areas. There are several spots available for waiting (among some VERY cool cars!), but none of them have power readily available to keep my laptop charged so I can work while I'm waiting.

Needed new tires for my Jeep Cherokee. Stephanie is always a pleasure to deal with. Had an awesome loaner car to use to get to work. My car was ready and waiting when I left work. I am very comfortable having my auto work done at Bouchards

I've had a front end accident last fall, and they did the body work at Sarat's Body Shop. I don't drive it much, so in the spring time when it got warmer, my A/C wasn't blowing cold, so I thought it may be related to the accident since the front end was all replaced. I have to say thank you to Penny in the Body Shop and Nicole in service. They were able to fix it without charging me, as it was related to the previous visit. I would recommend this dealership.

I am writing because of my experience with Dominic in the Parts Department. I looked all over for a center cap for the wheel of my Tacoma. The part was on back order. I called numerous Toyota dealerships to no avail. I even went to another dealership to find out it was the wrong part. I was told they had the part at Dartmouth Toyota. I drove over an hour to get the part. Dominic came out to my truck to not only see if it was the correct part, but he also helped me put on. It is tricky to put on and did not fit correctly. He figured out how to put it on and we learned that all the other center caps were put on wrong from my last tire rotation oil change at another Toyota dealership where it had previously been serviced. I was at risk losing all of my center caps. He went beyond the call of duty. We fixed all of them. He is an incredible employee and should be recognized. Great attitude!

I live only a few miles from a Volvo dealership here in Boston, but I chose to travel 100 miles to Volvo of Cape Cod based on very pleasant and professional experiences with this dealership. The folks in service department are so helpful, starting with Rebekah and Andrea who greet you with a smile and keep you apprised of the progress with repairs to your vehicle. As I've explained to Brian, their manager, they are the best! And so is he!

Brought my car in for a quote for an extended warranty. Everyone was very helpful. Henry was able to accommodate myself with a loaner while the service had my car for inspection. They found an oil leak which they took care of and gave me a quote for extended warranty. It was a fair offer but it didn’t cover the components I wanted to cover. Will go back in the future for service!

Brought my Malibu in to replace the headlight assemblies and they were no as clear due t their 11 year old age.. Service advisor was there to get me onboarded for service. confirmed my on the phone quote for labor to do the repairs. Was a nice experience. Service Advisor Johnathan was there to meet me as well and I thanked him him for his prompt attention and personal assistance picking up the car. Cost was very reasonable. Will return for future repairs..

I had a fantastic experience with Range Rover and want to highlight the incredible service I received. Joseph was my representative and he made the entire process smooth, professional, and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout. I also want to mention Rahmel, who I purchased my Range Rover from a year ago. When I visited recently he walked by, immediately remembered my name, and greeted me personally. That kind of attention to detail shows the level of care and professionalism at this dealership and it really makes you feel valued as a customer. The only area I think could be improved is the loaner vehicle policy. If you have purchased a vehicle from the dealership it would be great to have guaranteed access to a loaner when service is needed. It would add another layer of convenience and match the premium level of service that Range Rover is known for. Overall I highly recommend this dealership. Joseph and Rahmel truly exemplify what customer service should look like.
