My service experience at Acura Of Boston today was very positive. Midweek I was able to get an early morning appointment today, Friday, May 16, 2025 for my 2014 Acura MDX. My service agent Anthony was prompt and on time, he did a great job, checking me in and advising me on the work that needed to be done. We slightly adjusted what was planned because I had to return to work by late morning. I needed break work, an oil change, a state inspection, and new wiper blades. The work was all done well, everything running smoothly and I was very satisfied with the experience.

Good service dept. but they should take CASH!!, no all customers use credit cards , I was very surprise when I went to pay for my service and they told me they don’t take cash, many people specially of age chose to use cash for minor expenses, not everyone has credit cards or chooses to pay credit cards where they gotta pay high interest rates.

When I purchased my new to me truck, it had an issue after just a few weeks, so I took it to the dealer to have it fixed once they updated some things on the computer and replaced the brakes because they were overheating. Unfortunately, the transmission issue is still present and the truck is still shaking. The service manager and the general manager heard from the salesman that they would be in touch after I called and emailed him. It has been more than a week since I last heard from them and still have not heard anything back. This is a very disappointing experience for me

I have had my 2021 Highlander in for service several times at AUTOFAIR in Tewksbury and have had great service there. I used to go to a different Toyota dealer in the area for service where I purchased my Highlander and a few other vehicles there over the years until they were bought out by some company not from the area. The service started going downhill a bit there so I decided to try AutoFair Tewksbury and have been very satisfied there.I intend to stay with AutoFair. The service advisor Matt that I just worked with was great he kept me updated on the process of my vehicle.

Communication was terrible, I was not told they needed to order a part and I would need to leave my car for 3 days, I had to keep calling and texting them and wait hours for them to get back to me. I waited for a call from the service manager that never came. Very frustrating. I would suggest better communication
