On Wednesday 5/21, I took my CRV in for a scheduled oil change. When further work was necessary, I was advised by Joe Penebre, my service consultant, who explained what was needed and the expected cost. When more time was required, I was provided a “Lyft” home. Later I was called that more work was necessary. Again I was made aware of the problem and additional cost. When work was completed, I was provided another “Lyft” back to the dealership. I very much appreciate the attention to safety and thoroughness of this service department!
