She is the best first impression for this dealership, especially considering most people don’t want to be there for service. She is a gem. The work performed was great and she was apologetic for it taking so long when in reality it was the exact amount of time she said it would take from the beginning. Very satisfied and hope the dealership realizes what a great teammate they have.
