The body shop had Rachel Beck contact me. Rachel worked around my schedule and would send me vehicles to preview online. This went on for almost two months. When I was able to narrow down my search Rachel invited out to test drive a few vehicles. I had driven over my Jeep (my lease from another dealership), and figured I would have a decision made in about a week. We passed by a Blue Malibu on the way to a White Malibu to test drive. I stopped her and asked for the keys to the Blue one - I knew that would be the vehicle. Fast and efficient - I test drove the vehicle for about ten minutes. Two hours later, my lease was returned and I was on my way in my new (used) car. A week later I received some awesome cookies in the mail from Rachel - a great way to sweeten the deal I already had. I will definitely return to Suburban again for my next vehicle.
