I was extremely pleased with the friendly service I received today at LaFontaine Subaru, Commerce Township, MI. Service Advisor, Kevin Diericks was extremely kind, patient and committed to providing the service I needed for camera calibration on my '22 Subaru Crosstrek. He made it a completely positive experience from start to finish. The customer waiting area is especially comfortable, too, with comfortable seating, coffees, water and snacks. Kevin kept my posted on the status during my wait.

Spartan Toyota serviced my car yesterday and they found some things that needed to be fixed. I was very thankful for them to find and replace the battery and the battery arm that was in very bad shape. I won’t have to worry about getting stuck somewhere with a dead battery. Another good experience. Routine maintenance item (diesel fuel filter). In and out smoothly. Had a pleasant interaction with Gidget at the service desk concerning GM's TTPMS sensors for towing (reports tire pressures and TEMPERATURES to the information center). She spoke with the help center and we found out the system can handle up to 5 triple axle trailers. This system already saved our wooden boat on a long haul (blown inner seal on a trailer tire), so I'll be adding it to all our trailers. GM should promote the advantages of this system. Anyone that tows a boat or trailer on long hauls needs this peace of mind and real-time monitoring of every wheel. Even lets you see if the load is properly balanced by uneven heating on multi-axles setups!

Finding myself in need of an unexpected service call yesterday, I called Jermaine Toyota of Dundee and inquired about the availability of a same day emergency service call. The service department.representative was very pleasant, helpful, and was able to work me into a spot. Upon my arrival, she and the technician that completed my service were pleasant, asked questions, listened to my responses, and provided answers to my questions.. The service completed appears to have been done well, and was completed in a timely manner. The. employees that assisted me yesterday provided excellent service and were wonderful representatives of Jermaine Toyota of Dundee! It was a fantastic experience! I called on Wednesday and asked for an appointment to have my oil changed. I explained that I worked until 4, and I was told "no problem, we can get you in tomorrow"! The gentleman at the counter went over everything with me. Where things stood with my breaks and filters, how much longer they should last, and was extremely polite. The guy was outstanding!

The service here is terrible. - me

The service here is terrible. They are always short-staffed on technicians. It takes weeks to get an appointment. When you finally get your vehicle in for the appointment, it can be several days before someone looks at it. Recently, they had my car for a couple of weeks, saying that the part they needed was held up in Mexico. I went into the office only to find out that the part had arrived a week before. I've had to bring my vehicle in multiple times to address the same issue. The first time they misdiagnosed it, they fixed the wrong issue. The second time, they claimed to fix it, only to find out that the problem still existed the next day. It won't be long before I sell this car and move on from Jeep.

Horrible customer service, horrible people!! Don’t go here if you value your $$ time and respect. They said they fixed things but come to find out they didn’t. Car rims were damaged in their possession and they blamed it on the customer.
