Great experience with the Service Department at Pinckney Jeep for my 2022 Wagoneer. All my concerns/issues were resolved quickly even though parts needed to be ordered. Greatly appreciated Pickney Jeep doing warranty work even though I bought the vehicle at another dealership. Best dealership I have ever worked with!

The service department is awful. We bought two different plans, one for the car and 1 for the truck. First, you make an appointment and still have to wait depending on how many drive in oil changes there are. We’ve had 2 problems that we “know” of. The program was for oil, tire rotation and 27 point inspection. That is a laugh. One time they said they wouldn’t/didn’t rotate tires because we needed at least 2 new tires. First, they should come find you, ask if you still wanted them rotated. They have no idea what our thoughts are on that. Next..on the truck they checked every box on their inspection form. Not even a week later, husband was checking out something in the area of the filter and surprised there was a squirrel nest, complete with nuts etc. Had to have been for quite some time. Took pictures and actually took it in and service MANAGER says he’s sorry.Has a lot of new guys and they must have missed it. That is our problem? We paid good money for the plan expecting good and COMPLETE service. Brought the car in for service. We were having a problem with it making a squealing noise and a clunking noisewhen turning l. Asked them to check it out. Pick it up, said all was good, again inspection report had all things checked. Take it home, next day squealing/clunking noise still there. You tube university here we come! First thing to check, steering fluid. Well guess what, barely a drop in there - 2 days after service was done. Then you start wondering what else did they miss. Get the opinion email to fill out saying they hoped we could give them all 5’s. In both these instances we could not. Reached out by e-mail, NO RESPONSE. Actually got a second one, replied again by email- no response. In March I sent another e-mail. Response THANK YOU!!! (not sure for what)) Will NEVER take our vehicles to this dealership. We purchased our first Van at Preferred in 2010 and followed up in 2017 with a Chrysler Pacifica. we have had them serviced when in Michigan entirely by Preferred and have been excessively pleased with the purchase procedures and service. In every way they have met or exceeded their words. In one instances we were scheduled to be leaving the state for a time when an accident threaten our plans. The Pacifica was a newly redesigned model and a check with Glass companies indicated tailgate glass was not readily available. Preferred body shop expedited shipment, replaced the glass and tailgate hinges and repaired other damage in three days resulting in but a one day delay. They have provided free oil changes and fast service. In every way we are confirmed Preferred Chrysler customers

Service department is a joke! Send you off with a service report, everything Great and all items checked off stating all was CHECKED. First, earlier this year brought our Silverado in for an oil change and multi point inspection. Left with form - all things checked. Less than 48 hours later, while checking something else out, husband checked oil filter compartment as he was in the area. YIKES. A full squirrel nest! BUT..our filter was “checked” and all GOOD! Send a complaint - answer, they were sorry, but short handed! This past week had oil change on our Traverse as we are heading to Florida. Started having problems with a noise when turning. Looked up what it might be wrong. Check Steering fluids. Husband did just that and there was next to NOTHING — ZERO fluid. How can that be if it was checked? What else WASN’T done? We purchased your oil plan for both vehicles. GLAD THEY ARE DONE! Truly thought going to the dealership was the way to go! Guess NOT. Time to find a local garage!

Service department is terrible at communicating and conveniently forgot to pick me up for shuttle service 3 separate times. Inconvenience to say the least.
