I took my wife's vehicle to Williams Chevy to have the - nobakes
I took my wife's vehicle to Williams Chevy to have the turn signal and brake light bulb sockets replaced as vermin had chewed the wiring and sockets. Evidently GM sprayed a food based agent on to the wiring harness and bulb sockets during the manufacturing process to keep them flexible. Unfortunately, this attracts vermin. Drew Denoyer was great getting our vehicle in and out in a timely manner.Incidently, this is the second time in two years we have had to have a wiring harness replaced on this vehicle do to vermin. It's expensive and very frustrating.

It was a fantastic experience! I called on Wednesday and asked for an appointment to have my oil changed. I explained that I worked until 4, and I was told "no problem, we can get you in tomorrow"! The gentleman at the counter went over everything with me. Where things stood with my breaks and filters, how much longer they should last, and was extremely polite. The guy was outstanding!

They're liars they tell you one thing and totally do another just all around not very professional they put a transmission in my truck one of the plugins on top of the transfer case was screwed up by them never knew it until I had another certified mechanic look at it and found the issue then I immediately took it back to Betten Baker in coopersville they replace the plug but didn't replace the part that it was plugged into knowing that it was faulting it out it's electrical part it's going to make the part go bad that the plug was plugged into was told that they would reimburse me to have the switch put in on top of the transfer case and everything else I paid to get done due to them not plugging the plug in properly went there for other times to get paid got the runaround and then today driving back and forth from Whitehall to coopersville they finally told me they weren't going to pay me crooks they are very good crooks and they do that to pretty much a lot of people I'm assuming they're certified transmission technician told me and his boss that the plug-in was not the issue and neither was the switch that it was plugged into kind of ironic how I went to a transmission specialist and he told me well if they didn't replace the switch that's where I would start and that's what I would say is wrong with it including the plug-in that they replaced already so I called the dealership the dealership said all they replaced was the pigtail for the plug-in not to switch they told me to go ahead and get it fixed and they would reimburse me because they couldn't just keep throwing money at it to figure out what it was I did all that put the switch in truck was fixed now they won't reimburse me for the $634 that they owe me and $0.38 I will never ever recommend this place to anybody friend family anybody that would even ask me they are crooks they don't stand behind their work they come up with excuses why it's all your fault not theirs not very professional in any way shape or form in the beginning they were to get me to go away and in the end they were nice and just pretty much told me sorry but my boss told me we're not paying for it okay let me talk to your boss oh I don't know where he's at he's not even in this building it's all a joke it's all a spin artist thing I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in all this big big joke I did however find the owners name address and phone number which I will be stopping over at his house to have a long discussion with him and spring lake they're in for a big surprise thinking I'm just going to roll over and die and give up on my money that is owed to me for something that they ruined not me or anybody else

Full of lies. First my oil change emptied half or more of the oil on my new concrete when I returned home, then they told me the oil filter gasket was bad..funny there was no oil on the filter. Oil leak was on opposite side. An employee promised to come and clean the concrete today..the day is half over,not a word. They won't see me again.

They keep records, honor rebates & warranties on work. The sales department is committed to giving every rebate, discount GM Family First pricing. The clerical staff is professional and helpful. The Wait times are reasonable. The lounge area is kept clean and comfortable.

we showed up at lunch time with the engine light on. Most of the service dept. was at lunch so a salesman named John Quierr helped us . They did a computer check and showed a part was bad and they had the part. They put it in and we were off to our granddaughters house to get her. This was all with a one half hour.
