Repairs not performed properly on 1st visit. Had to pay again for same service. Complaints to district manager went unresponded to. Ended up getting service in Houghton Lake, MI - much better service. Superior's service sucks. No more of my business.

I’m on my 4th vehicle through Szott and will continue to use them in the future. My last two dealings were with Will Jackson. I told him exactly what my needs were and he met all of my expectations. The entire staff at Szott has always been friendly and professional. The service department is both quick and efficient. I’m a truly satisfied customer and in this day and age it’s rare to say or hear.

This was my first experience with "any" Toyota dealership, and I cannot express enough, how happy I am. Marcella Milwee is second to none when it comes to customer service and respect! I was so nervous about what to expect since we have never owned a Toyota before. Let me tell you EVERY single person that I came in contact with, were beyond polite and professional. The two different shuttle drivers that I had were both extremely polite and courteous. The truck service department knows what to do to care for and repair our RV. It is an older model and it has a lot of surprises and Dan has stepped up and diagnosed correctly with timely and correct work done. We are fortunate to have someone so talented available to us.
