Roger was a great help to me getting some warranty work done on my Fusion. The warranty had just expired and Roger contacted the Ford representative and was able to work out a deal with them where I only had to pay $200 instead of around $1500!! They were able to get right on my car and fix the problem. Thanks to Roger and the rest of the guys in the service department for helping me out!

This is a friendly dealer who does what it takes to keep a customer. I have had complaints and they were resolved. I have purchased a car for my daughter and myself and will continue to give the dealer an opportunity to sell me another. GREAT EXPERIENCE at the service department today, I was scheduled to diagnose and repair my RAM tailgate. I arrived and settled in for a likely 1/2 day wait in the lounge. However, Jon (Service Manager) checked it out immediately and realized I only needed a $20 bushing. He installed it, lubricated all the tailgate bearings, and did not charge for his time. I was promptly out the door with my problem solved at a total cost of only $20.
