I recently stopped at the Thelan Audi to see if my sales associate, Alonzo Simmons could help me out with a technical issue I was having with the my Audi app. He took time out with what he was doing and had my problem solved in minutes. The entire process from the purchase to the service after the sale has been excellent with Alonzo. He is a credit the the dealership and I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a great car.

Went to Todd Wenzel today to get help with my wheels. Although they were closed for service due to a power outage, they took a look at my issue and helped fix the problem right away! Can't thank them enough for going out of their way to help. Awesome team.

Treated like family in an hour of need - pogue

We were on our way to Traverse City from Chicago when our Oldsmobile broke down. Despite all of the expense and inconvenience of needing a major repair miles from home, Julian in the service department helped us tremendously. I feared we might be treated as second-class customers because we had an old car and were dumped by fate at their doorstep, but Julian treated us like family. Although there were hiccups getting back on our way, the stressful circumstances were mitigated by Greg Murray handling our after-hours phone call. They stood behind their work 100% when we were essentially helpless and stranded. Julian made it possible for us to save what we could of our trip, and took care of all of our follow-up phone calls and questions. These guys really went above and beyond and have earned my loyalty. Someday, if we are in the market to buy a new car, we are going to drive to Hudsonville from Chicago to do so.

Went in twice for scheduled recall service. Never got back to us about the rental car we requested as we come in from out of town. Both times the recalled part was not in. The second time they wanted to keep car another day so we could pay for another days rental. Really??? Talked to manager twice. Still waiting for apology but I doubt I'll get one. Scheduled oil change also takes a long time. I could mention names but I won't. Instead I'll turn to social media. Buying the vehicle there was a good experience but after spending all that money they don't seem to care.
