This is a friendly dealer who does what it takes to keep a customer. I have had complaints and they were resolved. I have purchased a car for my daughter and myself and will continue to give the dealer an opportunity to sell me another. Reference the ratings: you have to be pretty bad to get a 1 and near godlike to get all 5s. Thats my rating system. ; )

GREAT EXPERIENCE at the service department today, I was scheduled to diagnose and repair my RAM tailgate. I arrived and settled in for a likely 1/2 day wait in the lounge. However, Jon (Service Manager) checked it out immediately and realized I only needed a $20 bushing. He installed it, lubricated all the tailgate bearings, and did not charge for his time. I was promptly out the door with my problem solved at a total cost of only $20.
