Traveling through Newberry on a weekend vacation, my E150 van developed a leak in the heater. The dealership was very accommodating in evaluating the problem and attempting to find a replacement part on a Saturday morning with other customers waiting. In the end it would have taken a couple of days to get the new heater core. I opted to try a leak stop product which allowed me to get home. There was no charge for their labor. All in all a very satisfying experience.

John gets our car in and the work gets completed in a timely fashion everytime we bring it in! John goes above and beyond to help us out and we are so thankful for him! I have 3 reasons experiences not to bother with Rick Ford. First I bought mint 1980 Trans Am it was clear the carb needed rebuilt but they convinced me it was from sitting and it would be fine & would clear itself. It NEVER did. The car stalled frequently. Second took 32ft BOunder for a problem that turned out to be the catalytic converter. We had had A tune up on it that week. Larry diagnosed a tune up and proceeds to charge us $900.00 for it. On top of that he went ahead and did the work with out permission. So I told them were not paying showing the receipt for the prior tune up. And we did not. Larry being spiteful bolted the catalytic convert back up tight and sent me on my way knowing it wouldn't go. I had to go back after 5 miles and have him un bolt it so i Could get to Tuffy muffler in shields (who side swiped a telephone pole putting it into the bay) This guy Larry is a trip. Last and yes I finally have learned my lesson and I hope this helps people! DO NOT USE THERE BODY COLLISION SERVICES. It is not in house its actually way out in Brant Not FORD certified. WE had a 99 Ford ranger in for accident repair they had to take it back twice for rims not painted and not finished job. They drive it back and for put over 100 miles on it drove all the gas out. But when I picked it up RICK FORD BODY SHOP had backed the right top corner of the tailgate into something and it was smashed in. the insurance company has the pics prior to there having the truck so they cant lie out of that. NOT TO HONEST NOT A GREAT TRACK RECORD STAY AWAY
