Full of lies. First my oil change emptied half or more of the oil on my new concrete when I returned home, then they told me the oil filter gasket was bad..funny there was no oil on the filter. Oil leak was on opposite side. An employee promised to come and clean the concrete today..the day is half over,not a word. They won't see me again.

This dealership service is the worst I’ve ever had. Van went in for 60k maintenance . Transmission flush and front brakes( but I asked for all brakes to be checked). 2 days later there was transmission fluid all over my driveway . Took van back in and they repaired the leak. 6 months and 9k miles later the rear brakes went out and it cost $1200 to fix. I have moved so I called to speak with the service manager. Was told thier phones were out…. Same story I was told 6 months earlier. Left a VM , but got no call back. I would avoid Betten Baker at all cost if you need reliable vehicle repair

I watched employees watching me as I got out of my car. When I entered, all heads went down. I made eye contact with one person who looked away and picked up his phone. I asked him anyway where the parts department was located. When I got there, a sullen cashier pointed me to the next window. The woman at that window paged someone who went to get my participant. I waited . . . and waited . . . and waited. The woman sitting there finished her work, packed it up, and told me to have a good day. I asked her if she would see what was keeping the person who went to get my participant. I waited . . . and waited . . . and waited . . . and left. How rude and unprofessional these people are. I am happy about one thing, though: They reminded me that I should have heeded the negative online comments about Bill Cook Audi.
