We were notified that our license plates had arrived 3 weeks later and when we brought the car in to have them put on, no one could find them. When we brought our concerns to the GM he set up an appointment for our car to be washed, detailed, and to have the license plates put on.
We dropped off our car at 8 AM and were asked when we would like to pick it up. We asked if it would be ready between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. The service manger assured us that it would be ready long before then. When we arrived at 3:45 to pick the car up it was not ready. They had us wait for 20 mintues while they finished the job that they said would be done well before 2 PM.
Overall a terrible experience.
