These individuals are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Thomas was helpful as always when dropping the car off for oil change, new tires and brake pads just in time for winter. They were able to get me a rental for the day as my 2 year old had lost patience after 1 hour at the dealership. Everything went smoothly! Thank you Luther!! I will never go to another dealership as long as I'm in Minnesota:)

Buerkle was contacted by a man who found my Honda keys. Dudley Peterson was able to track me down from the ID on the keys and persisted in contacting the individual until I was able to get my keys back. He went over and above. I had a fantastic experience buying my Honda CRV from Chris Gable who was super easy and straight forward to work with.
Damaged vehicle. - Jodi
We brought our vehicle there for a recall repair and they gave it back to us with front end damage after only having it for a few hours. They refused to repair or accept any responsibility for it while it was in their care. Not only was the bumper scraped and cracked, but license plate was torn in half. It had obviously been in a collision with another vehicle or stationary object.
