Their service department is great to work with. They take care of what I came in and if they should find a problem they advise me and let me know if it is a safety issue or if it can wait. I really appreciate that type of service. I don't feel threatened that I'll have an accident or break down if I don't fix the problem today.

Buerkle Acura = Great service, The Staff in all departments treat you with respect. They greet you when you drive in the door for service each and every time. You can call ahead and schedule or if you have a concern they are always willing to help, even if it’s new technology they take the time to answer questions. The prices are in line with all other Acura dealers for sales and service. I bought my car two years ago and wouldn’t go to any other dealer. If you have time you can wait for the service or on a new car sales they offer a car to use if the service takes longer than you might have. All the service writers are great. I was introduced to Abby Shank and she is fantastic. All the staff a really professional and great to work with. The only way to become a believer is stop by and make your own decision. Service or Sales.

These guys were awesome. I picked up a new travel trailer nearby, but a long way from home. I stopped in here and Kris and Paul (sales and leasing) voluntarily spent a good bit of time helping set up the Pro Trailer Backup Assist on my relatively new Ford F-150 for free, even though I didn’t buy from them. That’s customer service! I would definitely buy from them if I didn’t live 1500 miles away. Not sure I would have received the same consideration at home.

I recently brought my 2023 Civic in for a recall, and the service consultant who took care of my visit was excellent! The recall letter informed the work would take about two hours, and as I had decided to wait at the dealer for the visit, the service advisor kindly informed they were running a bit behind (cold weather had rendered the service department quite busy), thus the visit may take a bit longer. No problem for me, but not even two hours had gone by when the advisor came to the lounge to inform the work was complete! On this visit, as on all previous visits, the advisor was extremely courteous and professional, and clearly has control of his workday-for which (as his customer) I am very fortunate and grateful. The advisor is Ali Alvi, and Ali absolutely Rocks! -Dennis P.

Words can not express how grateful I am for the service and total experience I had with BMW Motorwerks. When my car broke down, I reached out to many shops and mechanic friends to see if anything was possible to fix it. Every single one of them told me that it wasn't worth it. This vehicle isn't just my only vehicle I use for my family and I, but it also used to belong to a friend that has passed away. Feeling hopeless, a friend suggested I bring it into BMW Motorwerks. They truly did the impossible - they were able to diagnose and repair my car to full working condition. After being told it was impossible, I am beyond grateful for the team at BMW Motorwerks that brought it back to life. Michelle Phelps especially was professional, courteous, and most importantly empathetic and calming to me in a VERY stressful and hopeless situation. We were vacationing near Duluth and hit a deer. The service department inspected my Kia, tightened a loose turn signal and reassured me that I could continue driving my car and finish our vacation before taking it to our body shop back home. They were very professional, timely and friendly. After the upset of our collision with the deer, we were very relieved to have such a pleasant ending to our day.
