They got me in right away and Josh and Rein and snazzy shoes (sorry I dont remember his name) were very accommodating and explained what it would cost and repaired it in 3 hours. By and far the best service process I've ever experienced. Purchased my vehicle in September of 2019 and they included a lifetime service warranty. At the time I remember thinking, right... they'll nickle and dime me on ancillaries... So not true. Check engine light came on last week and once I determined it was a deeper problem than I could remedy I set it up to be towed and looked at. They fixed it (14 hours of labor & Parts) and all at zero cost or stress to me. That's the way it should always be. I'll never buy anywhere else.

I've been doing business with this family owned dealership for 6 years now. My family has purchased 7 vehicles in that time from them and we also service our vehicles there. They really work hard to make sure everything is perfect for myself and my family everytime we visit them for any reason. The sales and service teams are talented, knowledgeable, personable and fun!

This really is a SUPERstore! We needed a vehicle fast and purchased a GREAT used SUV at a low price. It has run smoothe for years. When it does need a little maintenance here and there we come in and get greeted by Jens C at the service desk and he is on it every time. Both Jens and the SUPERstore’s mechanics figured out our impossible window, a/c and break issues that other dealers we took it too literally couldn’t do. I won’t take my truck anywhere else. Learned my lesson. They are amazing!!

Their service department is great to work with. They take care of what I came in and if they should find a problem they advise me and let me know if it is a safety issue or if it can wait. I really appreciate that type of service. I don't feel threatened that I'll have an accident or break down if I don't fix the problem today.

Chris went above and beyond with communication, details of the services being performed, and worked with my third party warranty company to resolve a few additional issues with the USB device. He even double checked the job that was done, and offered to have me come back for an additional detail appointment for a few areas he thought weren’t up to the high standards of the dealership.

Buerkle Acura = Great service, The Staff in all departments treat you with respect. They greet you when you drive in the door for service each and every time. You can call ahead and schedule or if you have a concern they are always willing to help, even if it’s new technology they take the time to answer questions. The prices are in line with all other Acura dealers for sales and service. I bought my car two years ago and wouldn’t go to any other dealer. If you have time you can wait for the service or on a new car sales they offer a car to use if the service takes longer than you might have. All the service writers are great. I was introduced to Abby Shank and she is fantastic. All the staff a really professional and great to work with. The only way to become a believer is stop by and make your own decision. Service or Sales.
