I rushed into the service department as it opened early one morning. My new 2024 Escalade had exceeded the mandatory 5000 service miles. I could not get this service done prior to leaving Peoria, IL for Minnesota for the July 4th holiday. I explained the need to get the service visit done to Service Advisor Karen Kukla. Ms. Kukla agreed to get the work done without an appointment to allow my return trip. I left the vehicle at 7:15AM and received a call before noon that the work was done. I appreciate the service of this employee. The response was "I'll do whatever I can to assist". This positive response was greatly appreciated and the quality of the service exceeded expectations.

I continue to be disappointed by Kline. The Infotainment system on my XC40 died on Saturday. When I called Kline they told me to bring it in because they thought they could simply 'Upgrade the software" even though I told them that the screen (aka a computer) was dead. After waiting at the dealership for over two hours they finally realized that you can't upgrade a dead computer and told me that I would have to bring it back 3 days later for service. (Keep in mind the Infotainment system controls heat, radio, backup cameras, sensors, etc). I did drive it home and two days later when I tried to start the vehicle, I started getting a new error message "City Safety . . . Service required" and the car wouldn't start. 10 minutes later the displays wouldn't even come on. I had to arrange for a tow (The only good experience I have had is with the towing company which is not affiliated with Kline) After initially posting this review, the service manager did reach out and stated that they made an error and that they shouldn't have let me drive the vehicle home and they did bring me a loaner. Side Note the loaner they brought me has no plates on it (temporary, dealer, etc) at all so I could easily get pulled over by the police for driving a vehicle with no plates. All in all pretty much every experience I have had (from sales to service) has been a gigantic disappointment. What's ironic is my salesperson (John Rogers) who treated me like trash during my initial sale has recently been calling me trying to get me to trade in my lease early. However when I was at the dealership on Saturday he walked by me three times and didn't even bother to acknowledge my presence---so yeah--he's pretty awful. I love my car. Pretty much hate everything about this dealership

Would never take my vehicle to them ever again. They apparently can't find help so they schedule you out in the future sometime. NEVER again.

Fast and excellent service Chuck the service advisor is the best knows his job and doesn't force and other work that you don't need, he will let you know what you will be needing and leaves it up to you with no pressure.

Have had my car 1 week. - Pissed off

Have had my car 1 week. Estimated $1600.to fix and I would get it 2 days ago. Today the found a new problem. Need $600 more and maybe done in next 2-3 days. Have bought 3 new cars from them. Not 1 call or text from them since I brought my car in to be fixed. No calls returned. No updates from them. No cars there for me to use during this time. I am a 1 car family. This is a huge inconvenience for me. And they should have kept me in the loop. Not just order parts and not talk to me. Service department is deplorable!

Very pleased with our service. Work was done when they said it would be. We were given transportation to shop and eat while we waited. Service guys and receptionist were very friendly and explained what was done to our Jeep. We were told to give them a call if we had problems with the work that was done.
