I moved to Roseville 6 years ago and am so happy to have Midway Ford so close. I have only dealt with the Service Department and the Quick Lane. These gents have treated me so well over the years. I recommend them highly and when telling a friend, he switched from New Brighton Ford to Roseville and is very pleased with Midway Ford.

They got me in right away and Josh and Rein and snazzy shoes (sorry I dont remember his name) were very accommodating and explained what it would cost and repaired it in 3 hours. By and far the best service process I've ever experienced. Purchased my vehicle in September of 2019 and they included a lifetime service warranty. At the time I remember thinking, right... they'll nickle and dime me on ancillaries... So not true. Check engine light came on last week and once I determined it was a deeper problem than I could remedy I set it up to be towed and looked at. They fixed it (14 hours of labor & Parts) and all at zero cost or stress to me. That's the way it should always be. I'll never buy anywhere else.

This really is a SUPERstore! We needed a vehicle fast and purchased a GREAT used SUV at a low price. It has run smoothe for years. When it does need a little maintenance here and there we come in and get greeted by Jens C at the service desk and he is on it every time. Both Jens and the SUPERstore’s mechanics figured out our impossible window, a/c and break issues that other dealers we took it too literally couldn’t do. I won’t take my truck anywhere else. Learned my lesson. They are amazing!!

Their service department is great to work with. They take care of what I came in and if they should find a problem they advise me and let me know if it is a safety issue or if it can wait. I really appreciate that type of service. I don't feel threatened that I'll have an accident or break down if I don't fix the problem today.
