After receiving devastating news I needed to run home, 1. - Teresa
After receiving devastating news I needed to run home, 1.5 hours one way, and pack for my husband's stay at xx Mary's. Emotional, but feeling I was in control I needed to stop at Luther and check the noise in my front wheel.
I started to explain my situation to Shane, my service advisor, but could barely speak due to tears. Shane's kindness and patiance was so heartwarming I couldn't contain my emotions. There was no room for me that day and fearful that Id lose a tire, Shane made sure I'd feel safe with a loaner. He then brought me cookies and water for my trip and to help make me feel better. That simple, kind gesture was so heartfelt and appreciated on such a bad day.
The next morning I promptly got a video of the underside of my car it was brakes and a wheel issue.
A big thank you to Shane for deciding to keep my car that night.
Always have had great service here.
