Adam at Bloomington Subaru is your go to guy! After several days of visiting several dealerships I found myself at this dealship and at Adams desk. We went over the on hand inventory and narrowed it down to a half dozen vehicles that would fit me (I'm tall and lanky). Adam went off and returned with keys in hand and we checked them out on the lot and test drove the ones I was more leaning towards. In comparison to the other dealerships, Adam is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and capable while not engaging in the antics that caused me to just flat walk out of the other dealers. Adam was quick to respond to my messages and calls. Go see him, you won't be disappointed.

Huge shoutout to John S, one of the service managers. WOW and a huge thanks to him & his team for all the help with my vehicle last week. My crosstrek needed some warranty work & I live an hour away from the dealership & can’t drive right now due to some health problems. He arranged for my car to be picked up by one of their staff and they absolutely took care of EVERYTHING! Can’t thank them enough! I don’t usually do reviews but really needed to for this!!

After receiving devastating news I needed to run home, 1.5 hours one way, and pack for my husband's stay at xx Mary's. Emotional, but feeling I was in control I needed to stop at Luther and check the noise in my front wheel. I started to explain my situation to Shane, my service advisor, but could barely speak due to tears. Shane's kindness and patiance was so heartwarming I couldn't contain my emotions. There was no room for me that day and fearful that Id lose a tire, Shane made sure I'd feel safe with a loaner. He then brought me cookies and water for my trip and to help make me feel better. That simple, kind gesture was so heartfelt and appreciated on such a bad day. The next morning I promptly got a video of the underside of my car it was brakes and a wheel issue. A big thank you to Shane for deciding to keep my car that night. Always have had great service here.

Did a temp fix under warranty, then that didn't work. I had the exact same issue after warranty ended so they did an actual repair and charged me for the repair that was reported under warranty time. Dealer should honor the issue reported during warranty and fix at no charge since the exact issue was reported again.
