Greg Smith and his team identified the problem and fixed it. Also, while the car was with them they performed other Warranty recall analysis and checked a few items that we were not even aware had been reported by Kia. It is always nice to be surprised by great service these days. The car was in, and out, the same day.

Also, I appreciate Greg working Monday, a MLK holiday for many, but he said he came in because he had so many appointments that he felt he needed to be in the office.

We look for ward to using Wilson Kia Service again in the future.
