This place is full of arogant xxxxxx who don't care at all about their customers. The car we bought was a lemon and they refused to take any responsibility for it. I would not recomend anyone to even walk through the door, let alone risk purchasing a vehicle from these people. Ricardo (the owner of the dealership) told me flat-out that "he could help me, but he wasn't going to" basically because he would rather leave us waiting in his office for an hour, rather than resolve the numerous problems that we had with the car and his staff.

Dealer was able to get me in quickly, unfortunately the service took several hours due to a software update from Ford. Waiting room was clean and there were comfortable chairs available. Staff was friendly and helpful, too. Service technician struggled to balance the tires during the rotation, which took some extra time. Overall, I do recommend them and will be back!

Five Stars is NOT enough for these guys! On our way to Oregon from Floriday, our Ram 2500 developed a driveline issue. We drove to their dealership Where Jim and Alan looked at our vehicle and within a day had us back on road! The owner allowed us to put our camper for the night while our truck was being repaired. No one wants to deal with issues like this when traveling but this guy's made every effort to make our stay pleasant and get us back on the road. Thank you so much for helping us out when we needed it the most! Richard, Diane and Birdie

Do not trust the service department! I am very disappointed to be told by son that my car has been leaking oil!!! Bob Boyte service has been the only place that has serviced my car and it is evident that the SERVICE provided is TERRIBLE!!
