July 1, 2024 driving through Collins stopped at Legacy Chevrolet with a damaged tire. We met Amanda who informed us you did not have the tire we needed. She made several calls and found one to be delivered July 2nd between 3 and 4. We returned the next day and Bryan, the service manager, led us to the location as we had no clue where this town was. The service manager Vinh is very solid. His attention to detail and his ability to explain the services being offered are unmatched. He kept me informed and returned my vehicle in a timely manner and he even cleaned it for me. His addition to this service department has changed my experience to a very positive one. After receiving several request to give Bob Boyte a second chance, on 04-5-25, at 830am i called and asked to speak to the service department to schedule service for my truck. The first time I was sent over to a ringing line that no one answered and the line hung up on me. The second time I asked and said what happened and it again went over to a ringing line and after ringing and ringing I again was hung up on. The third time I explained all I want to do is schedule a service appointment, the operator stated she would page someone. No one answered and I again was hung up on. I then called back and asked to speak to the manager at which time I was placed on hold and a while later a woman answered and when I asked if this was the service department or manager she stated neither and stated the manger is out and will not be back till Monday. I asked this person if I would be able to schedule an appointment and I was told in a very disrespectful way, "We only have 2 service advisors on duty today and they are Busy with other clients , i should try back later". At this point I will not be trying back later or never, I will find another service dept and will never step foot in their doors. I would recommend never going here to anyone as they don't care about customers, I only wish Ray Brandt was back there as they did care and made sure their customers were always taken care of, without attitude.

I had a recall on my charger. The wait was minimal. I was able to go into work that day. Colton was extra kind. Even met a salesman while I waited who entertained me with a few jokes. Not to mention, I appreciated the refreshments.

I've always heard that a dealership is no better than their service department. Anthony Doss in the service department is reason enough to do business with Acura of Jackson! Ask for him if you need to get your vehicle serviced. He's friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt with updates! The waiting area, has a TV room with a charging station, free snacks and beverages, last but not least, a children's play area.

This place is full of arogant xxxxxx who don't care at all about their customers. The car we bought was a lemon and they refused to take any responsibility for it. I would not recomend anyone to even walk through the door, let alone risk purchasing a vehicle from these people. Ricardo (the owner of the dealership) told me flat-out that "he could help me, but he wasn't going to" basically because he would rather leave us waiting in his office for an hour, rather than resolve the numerous problems that we had with the car and his staff.
