Service Department is a joke. Oil change and tire rotation takes more than 3 hours. They put air in tire that had a leak an said it was fine. Not the first time I have had problems.

Worst experience ever with a dealership. They had my truck for over 7 weeks and never heard from them. I went to the dealership and found out that they didn't do anything to my vehicle. I have been taking this truck in for the same problems since I purchased it. All I ever get is "can't duplicate" they never even go passed plugging in the code reader. I had to get Chrysler/Stellantis involved and they didn't even reply to them. I moved my vehicles to the Flowood office and they found the problem with my Jeep the first day and was in touch with Chrysler/Stellantis about my truck. Mac Haik has no way of getting in touch with anyone outside of their dealership to help resolve any problems with the dealership. I'll never take my vehicles for repairs or ever purchase a vehicle from them again.

Excellent prompt emergency repair service! - randr

We were passing through Hattiesburg on our way to Orlando, FL. We stopped for the night and put 10 gallons of gas in our Honda CR-V; however, 8 gallons of this was water. Had to stay an extra night because all repair shops were closed on Sunday. Had the car towed to Vardaman on Monday and explained to Rod Jenkins that we needed to get to our resort in Orlando. He said he would try to have the car fixed in 3 hours, and in 3 hours we were on our way. Many thanks to Rod and the Vardaman staff!
