The person who takes processes your order is different that the person who does the work, so when you have an issue about the work, they play off of each other. I drove over an hour to get repairs done, had to leave the car because they are poor schedulers, come back to pick it up after hours, only to find it is still broke. Well, you'll just have to leave it another day is the response without any regard to my inconvenience driving 2 hours on a given day. They simply just don't care. It is a captured market, and they take advantage of it.

I had it with this dealership and their incompetent service, so I traded in my Jaguar for a car that could be serviced elsewhere. See my other rating on that experience.
