When we went to pick up the car as scheduled by our salesperson the person who was to give us "an hour of training" on the Navigation system and other operating functions, was not to be found for over half an hour. The "training" lasted half an hour and was totally disorganized. Then we were given two keys of which one did NOT work. The sales person said it is the battery - turned out it was the wrong key for a different car at the other dealership. We received the second key couple of days later and HAD TO PICK IT UP, no help was offered. When I went to pickup the key the salesman did not even acknowledge me, he was more interested in selling a car to another potential customer. The door guards were not correctly installed and had to be re-applied as we waited there. The car was NOT preped for delivery!!! There has been NO communication from the dealer relating to this sales process. For a luxury car purchase this was most definitely a lousy experience.

There was a slight delay in the delivery date but the Lexus General Sales Manager George Matthews more than made it up to us. Both he & Bob have stayed in contact after the sale to make sure we're satisfied.
Everyone at Plaza has been extremely friendly. We're very satisfied with both our buying experience and our car.
