Bommarito Buick Pontiac GMC - Ellisville, MO

The reason I buy from them is because of their service department. They have gone out of their way many times when I was in a jam. The one time that my husband had a dead battery and had to leave for the airport in 45 minutes on a Monday morning. I called them up and spoke with David Widdicombe and he was able to get the job done for me. He could have very easily told me he had other cars ahead of me...he saved me a lot of time and headaches that morning.

There are too many other good qualities such as when waiting in their waiting room, which I actually enjoy doing, I have only heard 1 person state that they had to bring a vehicle back for the same repair in the 15 years I have been going there. They have never tried to talk me into something I didn't need.

I refer all of my friends there because of the service department. You only have to deal with the sales person once, but the service department for the rest of the time you own the vehicle. They really take good care of their customers.

Behlmann Pontiac GMC Truck - St Louis, MO

Went to this dealer twice. First time was considering a new car. Did not like the games the salesman played. He told us Mr. Behlman lost $2,000 on every vehicle sold. Then later at the salesman's desk, he showed us a picture of his daughter at a party at Mr. Behlman's new $2 million dollar home. We got up and left. Lose $2,000 on every vehicle sold, but built a new $2 million dollar home???!!!

Second time we went there, we got a GMC pickup truck. We did not have to haggle over the price, as my husband was a GM worker. The price was already set by his employee price. They charged us almost $100 to do the paper work to buy the truck (which is the same paper work that is done for non-GM employees). They took over 2 hours to get the truck ready for us to take home. (Wash it, vacuum out the inside, check fluid levels) When we did get home, my husband had to come to my side of the truck (passenger side) to open my door for me, as the door would not open from the inside. This was a brand new truck, not a used one! We had to take to a different dealer in our little town to get it fixed, as Behlman's service department could not get it in to see what was wrong with the door for at least two weeks.

And we drove over 50 miles to get to this dealer. It is not like we were in the city, but went out of our way to get to them.
