Very poor customer service. Lack of communication and transparency in charges re: work done. Requested license plate bracket rep used 2 screws to attach to front bummer. Rep more concerned with having his hour lunch break than providing quality customer service and assurance work requested had been done. Shoddy work. Questionable conduct /practices in services provided (?)
To date I have left messages for GM with no returned calls. I have requested documentation to the services provided i.e how many quarts of oil used or replaced, tire pattern rotation etc. I have not received a reply. I have request a refund and be given the opportunity to visit another KIa dealership for services..I have not received a reply or response to requests.
I personally checked the oil, fluids and tires...none of the services I paid for (full service maintenance oil change, fluids topped off, tires checked and rotated) were done. The oil reads low on oil gauge, the front drivers side tire is going low and none of the fluid were topped off.
Dishonest practices.
