We recently purchased a new Honda CRV hybrid from Underriner Honda with the help of sales personnel Joe Scheffelman. He worked with us patiently for three years until we were ready to buy our car, helping us pick out the features we really needed (and not trying to talk us into features we didn't want or need), taking us on two test drives, and finding us the car in the color we wanted when the time came. He went above and beyond! I especially appreciated how knowledgeable he is and the fact that he is not high pressure. I have had nothing but issues with the EXTREMELY unprofessional service department. My certified 2017 civic has put my life in danger multiple times in the first year and the service staff takes 0 responsibility. I had a full inspection done and not even 2 weeks later I had parts falling off my car on the interstate. They tried to say it was my fault, but I don't even drive this car because of what a nightmare it is. They refused to replace the part in question, and denied me a receipt to prove anything. I've tried repeatedly to get in touch with someone about taking this car back and they've all ignored me. I will never purchase another Honda, a typically great car, just because of these experiences. I would greatly appreciate if someone would just take this car back. I don't want it, I don't need it, and I don't want a replacement; just take it back.
