Dealing with Jay Kraus at Acura of Omaha was by far one the best experiences my wife and I have ever had buying a new car, specifically the 2025 Acura ADX. The ADX is our third Acura that we've purchased from Acura of Omaha for my wife over the last 15 years. While Previous purchases have been superb, Jay set the bar extremely high. He is extremely knowledgeable of Acuras, their quality and capabilities, and Jay was/is more than willing to share his knowledge before, during, and expecially after the sale. The ADX technology is far above our previous Acuras and somewhat daunting at times, but Jay was able to guide us through it all to the point that we are now quite confident and comfortable that we are able to take full advantage of what the ADX has to offer.
