I needed a ride after dropping off my car. the ride service was delayed. Andrew saw that i was waiting and provided me with a ride to work. He did not want me to unnecessarily wait for the service and be late for work. He showed great initiative and this is the reason for my 5-star rating. There was some confusion regarding the cost estimate hence my rating for the cost estimate question.

Instead of having the "Luxury Car Dealer" experience I was hoping for I got the play the waiting game with my salesman routine like I was some schmuck off the street. I have purchased 6 cars in the last 10 years (we put a lot of miles on them...) and the service I received from a Chrysler dealer and small town car dealer in the past put this Infiniti dealer to shame. Infiniti needs to step up and make sure that their dealerships are setting the same high levels of customer satisfaction that their cars do. This is my first Infiniti vehicle and I will definitely purchase another. However my loyalty lays with Infiniti not the dealer due to a lame and underwhelming experience. The sales manager, Cameron, is the only reason I did not drive to the Des Moines Infiniti dealer to purchase a car. I only hope their service center can restore my faith in them over time.
