Treated like a customer every visit. Staff asking if our needs were being met. Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and if he didn't, he found out for us. My most recent scheduled visit was just as good. Greeted, and taken care of again. Even done earlier than anticipated!

Very disappointed in Team Auto Center! - Disappointed

Very disappointed in Team Auto Center! 1. We purchased many new and used vehicles over our years from Team. However, several years ago, when shopping with our son, the salesman told us they could bring a vehicle in from one of their neighboring locations we were interested in. Then, the new manager, told us NO...buy one we have or nothing. So, we have not purchased a vehicle from them since. 2. Although we have not purchased from Team in several years, we still take our vehicles there for service as they were all purchased new from them. After getting an oil change today, prior to even driving it off the lot, sensors inside started flashing. The technician said that sometimes happens and it would be $150 to fix it. He would not give a detailed explanation as to what 'sometimes happens.' We checked around...it does not just happen... We will NEVER purchase or service another vehicle at Team Chevrolet in Scottsbluff, NE. Very, very disappointed in customer service the past several years.

The experience from booking the appointment to picking up the vehicle was exceptional! Prices were fair for the professional service. Josh Erspamer has been my Go-to Service Advisor for many years because he is prompt at keeping me informed of progress and only recommending services that I need to keep the vehicle in top shape without trying to upsell. First, I want to say I have owned my Lexus for 11 years and recently purchased a Mercedes for my son. I do not know anyone’s name at Lexus, but at Mercedes… Shane and Darin both helped me out so much that I will always go to them. They have made my experience fantastic and helped my son really enjoy his vehicle. The service dept, (Shane) and Darin (who helped with my Bluetooth connectivity issue) went above and beyond. Jay Kraus is Acura of Omaha for all we know. Thankfully he found us on the floor and with in 20 minutes he found us the right auto for my wife Connie. Jay never pressured us. He was totally honest with us. There were no surprises. And we found the Acura MDX to be a worthy competitor if not the best in the SUV. class. So far there is nothing we do not like about this Honda/Acura product. We now own two such autos. The MDX and Ridgeline. We highly recommend this salesman Jay Kraus, the dealership, Acura of Omaha and the Acura - MDX.

When they were balancing my trailer tires something didn't seem right. Ryan crawled under the trailer to find , that nuts were missing on my NEW trailer, attaching the springs to the trailer. Can you imagine driving down the interstate with 4 mules in my trailer and a spring comes off. Only 1 nut holding on rear axle !
