Chris and Spenser went out of their way to provide test drives without putting pressure on us. Spenser drove an Explorer 50 miles to our house so that my wife could test drive it for a trade-in. Chris made the closing process very timely and smooth on a Saturday afternoon while Spenser entertained our two ornery young boys. After the new Explorer was coated and read to be exchanged, Spenser delivered it to my wife at work and switched it with my our trade-in Explorer.

First, I want to say I have owned my Lexus for 11 years and recently purchased a Mercedes for my son. I do not know anyone’s name at Lexus, but at Mercedes… Shane and Darin both helped me out so much that I will always go to them. They have made my experience fantastic and helped my son really enjoy his vehicle. The service dept, (Shane) and Darin (who helped with my Bluetooth connectivity issue) went above and beyond. Our recent warranty/recall service work at H&H was facilitated thru advisor Joshua Erspamer, and was completed quickly and efficiently, way faster than expected. I told him we would need to have our 2024 Traverse back by a specific timeframe as we needed it for our imminent vacation travel, and Josh managed to get the shop crew to prioritize our need. He was very supportive/friendly and also provided good advice regarding potential future needs. We were also provided with a new Chevy rental vehicle during the interim timeframe that met our temporary needs.

Jay Kraus is Acura of Omaha for all we know. Thankfully he found us on the floor and with in 20 minutes he found us the right auto for my wife Connie. Jay never pressured us. He was totally honest with us. There were no surprises. And we found the Acura MDX to be a worthy competitor if not the best in the SUV. class. So far there is nothing we do not like about this Honda/Acura product. We now own two such autos. The MDX and Ridgeline. We highly recommend this salesman Jay Kraus, the dealership, Acura of Omaha and the Acura - MDX.
