Egon, due to his demeanor, may appear to be unfriendly. Not true. He serious about his work and get the job done as promised. Walked in at 8:10 AM to have my Mercedes check out. (losing power) Egon said needed a fuel pump (underwaranty), could get it before noon and have auto ready before 5:00 PM. Arrived before at 4:45 PM and he (Egon) was just coming back after road testing my Mercedes. Thanks JJV

These are some of the worst people I have ever dealt with. The first salesman to approach me admitted to drinking on his lunch break. The next was overall a nice guy who got me into a Volvo that immediately needed repairs. The time in the shop was excessive due to them sending a part back cause they didn't want to see what car it was for. Now, a year down the road, I needed front end work and was told warranty would cover it cutting the price sufficiently. When I called to arrange to have it worked on they informed me they already did the work when all I authorized was an inspection to know what all was wrong. 476.00 turned into 670 and I am furious. When I talked to the guy who runs the auto department he was dismissive and stuck to his guns that he never said the warranty would cover the cv axle. Since the work is done I am stuck paying this but I will never take my car back to them.

During a recent snowstorm I was injured at work and couldn't drive. On her way up to pick me up, my wife's Olds Cutlass broke down and Ernst was the nearest dealer. I had the Olds towed there and called the next morning (a Saturday) explaining that I was injured and couldn't drive and that my wife needed the car to get to her job and school. The car was ready about 3 hours later. This dealership has a solid reputation and after my experience with their service department I know why. If anyone from Ernst is reading this, thanks and keep up the good work!
