Overall good experience, but I feel they could have added the phone start as part of the standard package and the final cost compared to competitors should have been lower due to the lack of options provided. The sells team was good to work with.

We stopped to test drive a Forester and Forester Hybrid. Becky gave us a brief explanation of the hybrid differences, quickly brought both vehicles to the showroom door, and lets us take them fora test drive. Becky was very friendly and efficient. We were contacted by one of the mangers to answer any questions. A very good experience. If we decide to purchase a vehicle, we will definitely buy it here.

Baxter Toyota is always honest, friendly, and doesn’t waste your time. They truly look out for me. I’ve been buying vehicles from Joe Martin and Mike Miller for years. I even left and bought a Lexus, but the customer service and how I was treated made me come back to Toyota. I couldn’t be happier with my Highlander. These guys are great, and I can’t say enough about them they’re really good people.
