It was absolutely one of the worst consumer related experiences I have ever had. My car has been sitting in their lot, disassembled, because I refuse to pay when I was lied to and because VW Passat's are pieces of garbage. When the product sucks, it's not surprising that the ones who sell it suck, too.

I got the impression it was standard procedure. Don’t waste your time, you do not have to put up with this to buy a car.
