The service manager, Bill, is a rude, unprofessional man who has no concern for his customers whatsoever. I had to speak to him in regards to a serious issue with my Passat and he was annoyed because I caught him 10 min. before 5pm when he was leaving for the day. The problem with my vehicle was the result of the neverending engine problems with VWs that exist from the moment you purchase them BRAND NEW. A mechanic at this dealership also lied about the cost for repairs and then denied it later. He told me it would cost $35 to have them check it out and diagnose it so I agreed. Then, after they completely diassembled the engine, they told me repairs would cost $5500 and if I didn't want them fixing it I would be charged $585 for the labor involved with taking the engine apart and putting it back together. It was absolutely one of the worst consumer related experiences I have ever had. My car has been sitting in their lot, disassembled, because I refuse to pay when I was lied to and because VW Passat's are pieces of garbage. When the product sucks, it's not surprising that the ones who sell it suck, too.

Standard high pressure dealership. Got the sales manager who “went to work for me” and “wanted to make a deal” but returned on three separate occasions with the same price. Not close, literally the same price and expected me to be impressed because I had to wait for it. To top it off they quoted me an interest rate nearly two points higher than elsewhere. I got the impression it was standard procedure. Don’t waste your time, you do not have to put up with this to buy a car.
