Purchased a 2024 Audi S3 Prestige in Nov 2024. Bob Breisch was my salesman. Bob is a no nonsense salesperson. I believe he is looking after his company and he is also doing right by his customer. I would purchase a vehicle from Henderson Audi and Bob again. Service dept. can be a little complicated sometimes but it also can be manageable. Go to Miles if you can. I'm sure the other guys are great, I just have been happy with Miles in the service dept. I can tell you with the utmost honesty the other dealership in Vegas does not have their ducks in a row. Las Vegas Audi is the best when it comes to service. I have been coming here now for 10 yrs I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 1st off they keep up to date on what’s going on and if they think it’s going to be a all day thing . They have a car for you so you’re not just sitting there . They send you a video to show you what they did or found can’t best that .

I recently had my Audi serviced at Lithia Audi of Reno. The dealership worked on the car for a matter of hours and charged $893.37 in “Labor Fees”; the actual parts cost roughly $100 combine. When I spoke with a Service Manager about this he told me that it was “Industry Standard”. This place is a rip-off and they will take advantage of you! I would recommend staying away, I will be!
