They conjured up a new deal that was twice the interest rate I had walked out with. I told them I was not signing that deal and wanted my car back. Unfortunately for me, they sold my trade-in and essentially forced me to sign a new deal. A month goes by and I'm getting calls from my old trade-in's bank saying I'm 28 days late on the payment. So, i made two payments on a car that had been "sold" and was not in my possession! Unreal. Anyway, it has been 3 months and I still don't know to whom i am making new payments. No one at the dealership will return my calls or even answer for that matter. I sent a demand letter and that was a joke to them since none of my demands have been met. I'm still in the process of figuring out what to do about this but in the meantime i would not EVER recommend this dealer. I was told I was a bitch when i got frustrated about the whole thing by the dealership manager. Just a bunch of jerks who want to screw people over.

I bought a used car mercury mystic there and I wasn't satisfied with the car for one day and I was trying to return it to get a new car for the same price and the dealer and the manager wouldn't exchange it because I bought the used car the same price like it was new, the dealer didn't have a conscience to tell me that the car was over price, what a rip off. I made a very big mistake coming there, it made my life hell. I can't believe people would do anything to get money, heres what I can tell you money is not everything, its the trust that counts. Please don't ripped off young people like me who are innocent on buying cars. God is watching us always remember that.
