I had written a review previously with the ending saying I would never go to this service department again...however when I found out the person I dealt with before was no longer there so I thought I'd give them another try and if it wasn't for Greg Bahl, renewing my faith in this service department I would have had to find another service department...thankyou to Greg...please keep him!!!

Courteous, professional, on time. Clean, tidy shop area where customers are greeted. OEM parts instead of knockoffs. Prices charged mirror prices advertised. No overt age or gender discrimination that I often experience as an older female muscle car owner.

Sales person was very cordial but was not totally familiar with all aspects of the 500X which I did wind up purchasing and am happy with. Needed a few spots buffed out and a light bulb replaced, they supposedly made an appointment but when I called about an additional itemI found that a portion had not been scheduled and the manager hung up on me when I became a bit perturbed.
