Absolute garbage tier service. Went for simple sunroof drain repair, oil + filter change. They didnt change the oil, didnt repair the sunroof, and didnt top any of the fluids or tires. They waited until 5 mins before close to call me giving me no chance to get there in time to pickup my vehicle forcing me to leave it overnight. They left my sunroof open and opened my sunglasses holder? Mind you this was the middle of December.... please, please, please, do not go here for any vehicle service. They will spite you if they think it's in their best interest.

For sales I would rate the dealership as a 5 star, in January when I purchased my beautiful F-150 the buying experience was nothing short of great. Fast forward a few months and my beautiful F-150 became an absolute lemon and the experience I received every time from the service department was total lack of caring to the point they made me feel like a skumbag always claiming sorry we can’t duplicate problem then ignoring the fact I had issue recorded time and time again. I lost count of how many times the truck was in the shop with no issues ever resolved including the ones they could duplicate. Truck is scheduled to go back in the shop when they get one of the loaner cars back last week so they can keep fit extended time. Never got a call letting me k ow when I could drop off as promised. Finally had enough and traded my F-150 in at an $8000 loss because dealerships didn’t like the thumping sound it made getting on the gas or how the transmission slammed into gear from park. I caution learn from my mistakes do not use Hillsboro Ford.

I would not recommend this dealership, especially the service department. Our family has purchased 5 vehicles from them over the years and we're taking all of our business elsewhere due to their dishonesty. Our recent experiences involve the Service Department trying to scam us on brake repairs that weren't needed. One case was a new civic that they claimed needed new brakes at just 21k miles to pass inspection, and even though brake inspection was fine at 25k, by 31k needed "Immediate attention". I declined, inspected the brakes personally, and found them to be in like-new condition. Took the car to another service station who didn't report any issues. Took photos, and tried to address with Service Manager Dave Vagt and GM Jason McLean who doubled-down on their lies. When exiting the dealership, I overheard them trying the same scam on another customer, explaining how her new Honda urgently needed brakes because she didn't drive it enough. Then they tried a similar scam with my wife. A year later, a different dealership reported that the civic brakes were still "like new". Wife also declined and has gone almost a year with her same brakes as well. Never again. I have the paperwork, emails, and photos to support my claim

Excellent experience on the sales and service side. Salesperson was very friendly and had no problem with my wife and I taking the test drive by ourselves. Everyone I've ever talked to on the phone has been very friendly. I have had my car serviced there once and when the bill came I was shocked -- it was much lower than I expected and they fixed or explained everything I asked about. What more can you ask?

This service center introduced air into my vehicle's brake system when their personnel replaced a brake caliper. Mistakes happen but this dealer gets 1-star for the way it handled its mistake - by washing its hands of the problem. When Exeter returned the car to me, the brake pedal was spongy and unresponsive to input. This is a serious safety and drivability issue, particularly on a 550-horsepower sports car. Exeter bled the brake system but when they could not return the car to its factory condition they began claiming it operates as designed. I brought the car to an independent mechanic who confirmed brakes do NOT operate as designed. The indy shop discovered air trapped in the brake system, and bled it properly. Now the car drives perfectly. This service center lacks skill and accountability. Will not return for further car purchases or service.

I cannot begin to express what a pleasant, hassle-free experience it has been to have my newly bought used vehicle serviced at Key Auto in Somersworth. I had concerns about noises, the quality of the ride, and tires. Brian Healey and David Snow patiently listened to all of my concerns and addressed everyone of them speedily, even doing the work right on the spot. They never made me feel as if I was crazy, hearing vehicle noises, etc., even if they could not identify what they were; instead,they just persevered searching for answers, until they corrected all they could to banish the problems. These service gentlemen have to be the most pleasant, friendly, helpful, attentive, follow-through people I have ever met in any service department. Thank you for making me feel like I was being taken of as you would take care of your very own family members. Thank You Key Auto Service Dept., You Are the Greatest!

Went in for a KIA recall - kyle lawrence

Went in to schedule my recall on my KIA forte, the guy refused to listen to anything I said. He kept trying to get me to buy a new car. Then when finally getting to the point of my visit he goes off on being in a lawsuit with Kia and refusing outright to perform the recall on my car.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - GRATEFUL

You should have your car serviced here, for anything and everything. The service is absolutely exceptional, the prices are extremely fair, the men and women that work here are kind and know what they are talking about. We were driving up from New York to Stowe when our car completely broke down. The towing company/repair shop the car initially landed at said my car would need an entirely new engine. I can only say it was a miracle that brought our car to Jay and his team at Lambert Auto for a second opinion. Jay reviewed the car and said he would be able to replace a few parts and get the car working again – for literally 1/10th of the price. His colleague Stephanie worked relentlessly with our (terrible) warranty company on our behalf. Everyone was extremely responsive to us, empathetic and hard working. Jay went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. He not only correctly diagnosed and fixed our car quickly but went the extra mile. The only train we could catch up from NY got in at 6pm on a Saturday – two hours after closing time. Jay met us at the train station with the car and explained everything to us again in person. Without going too much into the details, we put ourselves in a bad spot when we made a stupid mistake with the car later that night. On 8pm on a Saturday Jay answered our call and helped us, out of the kindness of his heart, way after working hours. Jay and the team at Lambert Auto are kind, incredibly trustworthy, reliable, they will not rip you off and they know exactly what they’re doing. We would highly recommend working with Jay and Stephanie to have your car serviced – anything from an oil change to serious maintenance work or repair. You can trust this team 100%. If and when we are in that area of Vermont/New Hampshire again we will come back just for an oil change and to thank them again– I never want to have my car serviced any where else. This service and knowledge is truly unparalleled. Do yourself a favor and get your car serviced here!!
