Canobie Lake Toyota Salem NH is the best dealership I have experienced.. today I had the oil change at 5000 miles for my new 2025 Toyota Corolla XSE which I also purchased here.. Johley the service representative who worked with me is attentive and efficient.. she got me a discount on the oil change.. the oil used for my XSE is new and unique to the XSE and another model.. Oil change was done in under an hour..I will continue to have all the service on my new XSE done here as well as my extended family.. All employees seem happy to be working here and that says volumes about the dealership.. when its time to purchase my next Toyota i will surely be buying it here.. although that probably won’t be for a few years because I love this XSE and for sure will be driving it for many years Sincerely Shawn C

I purchased my 2024 Silverado last summer and the deal went through perfectly. This week i brought the truck in for my first free oil change. The service went very well and additionally they washed and vacuumed the truck. Not many dealers do that. I will continue to have Banks service the vehicle and when i am ready for another new Silverado, I will buy it there.

Betley sold me a car with a known issue in the navigation system. This issue was not communicated to me when I bought the car. The screen pixilates, goes black and the rear camera comes on while driving forward. There is no fix for this issues and the dealership was rude and condescending when I called about it.

Predatory crooks. These people should be ashamed of themselves. My father went in for an oil change, he came out with a 6,000 bill for rack and pinion, tie rods, computer module ect. They charge for parts upfront, I've never seen this practice in my many years , then while they are telling him all the bad news about his car they are trying to sell him and extended warranty. The car drives fine it has had no symptoms at all to warrant any of this work being done , and it only has 50,000 miles on it. When I called to cancel the work for him I was told there would be a %20 restocking fee. The parts dept tried to tell me they couldn't return the 1600 module because it was electronic. These people are dishonest and I'm not sure how they sleep at night. He will be taking his car elsewhere from now where he's not at risk of being robbed. Taking advantage of the elderly is criminal and if you care for your family keep them far away from Nissan in Lebanon.

There is a large lack of respect for customers from the Service Department. We will find a closer dealership to service our vehicle with.

Me and my wife purchased a 2006 crysler pacifica from this dealership, at 26,000 miles we brought in for engine this was a thursday Friday the called and said it would be done monday I was going away for weekend and my wife needed to transport my children so I asked if they could supply us with a car and they said no but come to find out after an hour they said we had extended warranty and they would cover a car until car was done maximum $35 a day monday came and we called and they said maybe tuesday then they called and said it needed a new engine a couple more days go by and they keep saying they are having trouble getting engine from wisconsin. At 5:00 Friday evening they call and tell my wife it would be done in a few more days but she was going to have to pay for rental that the warranty would only pay five days and we had the rental going on eleven days now and they said that was the way it was if they had told us we only had 5 days I would not have been happy but would have returned it at 5 days. The service guy said to me that we had to pay then he told me he made a call to try to get crysler to pay and they said no he said that was above and beyond what he had to do (another mother Theresa) So then I contacted the president of 1400 Andy Costello nothing but a liar told me he would take care of rental and never got back yo me after I called and left messages and email for three days, when they called back to say car was done after 2 weeks they said we could not pick up our car until we paid the other 8 days of rental so I told John aka mother Theresa that Jon Castello was going to take care of rental he said hold on and got ahold of him in one minute and said Andy aka the liar said it was our problem funny he got ahold of him in one minute when I tried for 3 days. I told them we buy alot a crysler vehicles in my family and told them we were going to switch to gmc they said that is your decision all over $250.00 great dealership they lie to you and offer no help all they kept telling me is that crysler was paying for engine and we didnt have to wow that is nice of them since it under warranty and faithfully serviced by them. John told me no dealerships cover a rental for service so I told him I just bought a gmc sierra that will give me a rental if my truck is in for service for any reason also they will give me a vehicle of equal or greater value then he did not know what to say I was going to buy 2009 dodge ram but bought gmc instead because of the treatment I got from 1400 motors. Finally I did get the rental payed for by crysler and they aggreed with me. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from 1400 motors Nashua,NH they are nothing but liars and cowards and once you buy vehicle they dont care about you from the president on down!!!!!!!!

Had car towed to Audi of Nashua back at the beginning of - need4spd101

Had car towed to Audi of Nashua back at the beginning of November because the engine was shaking violently and the check engine light came on. Car sat in the shop for 3 weeks before they were correctly able to diag the issue. I was told I would need a new cylinder head assembly. Major engine issues when the car only had about 63k miles on it. Pretty sad Audi cannot make engines that last over 65k miles before major issues start to happen. Audi did not offer any financial assistance, citing lack of extended warranty (which is always useless because dealerships just weasel out of them) and lack of service records (which I have, just not from this dealership). We had bought the Audi from Audi of Nashua with 42k miles on it back in 2020 and had only put on 20k miles. Finally got the car back this past weekend. I will never deal with this dealership again. Audi does not stand behind their product and the car I bought from THEM was pretty much a lemon. Stay away from this place..
