My first visit to Bensons was a fantastic experience. Amazing customer service, friendly positive staff, from technicians to service manager I was greeted and treated as a valued customer. The service was completed in the time frame promised so my vehicle was returned to me in a timely manner. Office staff, Sales Manager, and sales personnel were all fantastic. I will return and I will definately recommend this dealership to friends and family.

While driving up north in New Hampshire. I got a service engine light on my 2021 GMC Canyon. I dropped the car off without an appointment and Brad in service was very helpful in resolving the issue. Car was ready the next day! I give the people at Berlin GMC two Thumbs up. They were very helpful and courteous! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They were able to find a part for me and do the repair within 24 hrs on top on giving me a ride to the hotel and delivering my repaired car to m e so my vacation would not be ruined. Betley sold me a car with a known issue in the navigation system. This issue was not communicated to me when I bought the car. The screen pixilates, goes black and the rear camera comes on while driving forward. There is no fix for this issues and the dealership was rude and condescending when I called about it.

bought 2017 ford focus with faulty powertranission, only to be told they could never find the acceleration hesitation or duplicate the stuttering while changin gears and slipping. After my extended coverage expired, magically the issue is I need a new dual-clutch, normal wear and tear, right after the expiration of coverage. Dealer states "we don't even want that car it has too many issues and a serious transmission problem" OK well you sold it to me and never rectified the issue as promised in your coverage. I do NOT recommend this dealership after being a 10-year customer.
