From the moment that I walked onto the car lot, I was able to walk around and look at the cars that were for sale without anyone constantly bothering me, like I have experienced at other car lots that I have been on. Chris Condello came up to my husband and I and asked if I had any questions. He said that he saw us looking and didn't want to bother us. We were looking at one car and I asked him what was wrong with the car. He asked why I asked that and I said because of the price was cheaper than I thought it would be. Then he said well it was even cheaper than that and showed us what it would cost us if we bought that one. He asked us questions and listened to our concerns, he even had his boss Tom Allen come out to talk with us. I have dealt with car sales people my whole life growing up around a body shop and a sale used car lot, and I know how they can be. I definitely felt at ease with Chris. I felt that he was honest and wasn't trying to push us into anything. Everything seemed to be transparent nothing hidden. He explained everything in detail. We felt very much at ease. I would highly recommend Chris and the Lester Glenn Team to anyone who was looking to buy a car, new or used.

Had an absolutely terrible time servicing my Alfa Romeo Giulia here. Firstly, the advisors performed work that I did not authorize. Next, they kept my car for an entire week and never provided an update, after claiming it would be done in two days. They never even picked up the phone when I would call to check in. The worst part is that I had to fork out hundreds of dollars for a rental during this whole time. Stressful and terrible situation. Avoid this service department at all costs.

Definitely give my experience a five-star rating. All questions comments and concerns were addressed and they made sure I went home a happy costumer :)
