They had problems repairing my vehicle because of issues not related to the dealership, but Genesis GMA. After several failed attempts at repair, it seems as though the rear differential issue is now resolved. But this is only the second day that I've gotten my vehicle back. So I'll still need to drive it more miles over time to see if this repair remains intact. But the dealership, led by Kelly McNichol has done an outstanding job helping me.

Quick and easy experience for buying my new Genesis. My salesperson, Ryan Cummings, walked us through all the features of the GV80 Black model he felt would be interesting for us and didn't pressure us to decide on the spot. This allowed us to be comfortable with our choice to buy the car, and after a quick call the next morning to confirm we wanted to move ahead, Genesis of Freehold was able to prep the car for us to take delivery later that afternoon.

Things have not improved here. Trying to schedule a recall service and after two calls and one chat I only get sales solicitations and so far no service appointment. I wish I had any other Genesis service in the vicinity. Due to the bad communication I am doing the routine service elsewhere, but for a recall my options are limited. Not buying a new Genesis as long as I live close to this service location!
